Make A Difference Day
Make A Difference is a collaboration between City Department, Texas A&M International University, and Coca Cola Southwest Beverages. Its purpose it to beautify local park, Slaughter Park, by litter pick up, branch trimming along the trails, art, installment of glass mulch, and the repainting of trash bins, benches, and the basketball court.
