Keep Richmond Beautiful & the City of Richmond are sponsoring a free drive-thru Document Shred Event and an Electronic Recycle Event on Saturday, April 12th at Richmond City Hall, 402 Morton Street, from 9 AM to 12 Noon. ID Required.  Please bring your City of Richmond water bill stub for ID purposes.
