Keep Pharr Beautiful invites the community to celebrate the season at the Winter Garden Market on December 13 from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Pharr/Vanguard Nature & Birding Center. This family-friendly outdoor event will feature educational exhibitors, local market vendors, and free children’s activities, including hourly story walks and a hands-on sensory bin experience provided by the Pharr Memorial Library.
