Blanco’s Earth Day Celebration

Join us at Bindseil Park at 300 Pecan, Blanco TX 78606 from 10:30 to noon to celebrate Earth Day. There will be fun activities and free popsicles! This event is possible with the help of the Blanco Chamber of Commerce and the City of Blanco. We will have a “Don’t Mess with Texas” area that day and will be handing out stickers and other fun trinkets. We will also have a table set up with information about Blanco’s Cigarette Litter Prevention Program. The program’s goal is to decrease the number of cigarette butts around town by providing more receptacles/personal ashtrays and to educate community members. We will have pocket ashtrays, cigarette litter brochures, and “Don’t Leave Your Butts Behind” window decals available. Come out and celebrate Earth Day!
