We are thrilled to invite you to the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of the City of Floresville’s new Recycling Center on November 8, 2024!

Join local stakeholders, city leadership, Keep Texas Beautiful, and H-E-B in celebrating this milestone. Be among the first to see the center in action with a guided tour after the ribbon-cutting. This is your chance to learn firsthand about the positive impact the facility will have on the community.
What This Means for Floresville:

Starting November 8, residents and businesses can begin recycling clean, flattened cardboard at this center. The Center will be open Saturdays, 8 am to noon.

Revenue from recycling will help the City reduce landfill waste, offset solid waste expenses, and enhance community well-being.

Looking Ahead: On April 25, 2025, the center will expand to accept additional recyclables like PET #1 plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
