Keep Richmond Beautiful & the City of Richmond will sponsor a free drive-thru Document Shred Event & an Electronic Recycle Event on Saturday, April 13th at Richmond City Hall, 402 Morton Street, from 9AM to Noon. ID Required: Please bring your City of Richmond water bill stub for ID purposes.
