“Though the word beautification makes the concept sound merely cosmetic, it involves much more: clean water, clean air, clean roadsides, safe waste disposal and preservation of valued old landmarks as well as great parks and wilderness areas. To me … beautification means our total concern for the physical and human quality we pass on to our children and the future.”

- Lady Bird Johnson

    DFW Regional Training

    07-08-2020 12:00 am
Keep Texas Beautiful is excited to hold a free virtual Regional Training for KTB affiliates in the DFW area. This is a great opportunity to learn from and network with area affiliates. Many thanks to Keep Fort Worth Beautiful, Keep Grapevine Beautiful and Keep Irving Beautiful for virtually hosting and planning these exciting sessions!
The training will take place virtually on four separate Wednesdays in July each for one hour beginning at 10am. We invite you to join for each of the dates, or just the ones that work for your schedule. Each training will include 30 minutes of presentations and 30 minute breakout sessions where participants can get a deeper dive on the topic they're most interested in. This will also be a time to virtually connect with other affiliates working on similar programming and facing new issues following COVID-19. We are trying to keep the spirit of in-person Regional Trainings alive through this new platform.
