Training: West Central Texas Council of Governments

The West Central Texas Council of Governments and the Cooperative Teamwork and Recycling Assistance (CTRA), in partnership with Keep Texas Beautiful, are hosting a training for communities in the "Big Country" area. Lunch will also be provided. 

This training will cover topics such as:
  • What is the KTB affiliate network and what resources can KTB provide for community litter cleanups and youth programs? 
  • What are best practices for recruiting and engaging volunteers and community partners?
  • What WCTCOG resources are available to communities? 
  • Trends relating to solid waste and recycling programs, especially for rural communities 
  • and more!
