Annual Conference

  •  2022 KTB Camp Conference

The 55th Annual Keep Texas Beautiful Conference
    June 27-29, 2022 • Austin, Texas

Keep Texas Beautiful is a network of dedicated Texans working together to make our state the best place to live, work and play. We equip local partners and affiliates with the tools they need to build vibrant, engaged communities. Founded in 1967, Keep Texas Beautiful has 55 years of experience deploying resources for local clean-up, recycling and youth engagement activities. Everything we do is focused on preventing litter and mobilizing volunteers to take action across the state.

Our annual conference brings communities together to share, learn, and celebrate. After two years of limited interactions and virtual conferences, we are excited to be gathering in person and we hope that you can join us for our reunion!

    Important registration dates

    • Early Bird Registration - February 11 - April 15
    • Standard Registration - April 16 - June 21

    Conference Schedule

If you would like to view the complete conference schedule, please visit our website at ktb.org/conference. Some sessions are subject to change, so the website will provide the most up-to-date version of the schedule. Also, you may conveniently refer to the full schedule in your brochure.

Each exhibit booth includes: one (1) skirted six-foot table and two (2) chairs. Please let us know if you need specific electricity accommodations. Per hotel policy, do not hang anything on the wall.

    Wednesday, June 29th         8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

*Exhibits must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours.

    Setup Times

    Monday, June 27th      12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Tuesday, June 28th      7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

*All exhibits must be set up no later than 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 28.

    Dismantling Exhibits

Please do not disturb, dismantle, or remove your exhibit while conference activities are taking place. We request that exhibits remain in place until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29. All exhibits must be completely dismantled and packed by 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29.

Your exhibitor registration fee entitles you to one ticket to each breakfast and lunch on the days you are exhibiting. Dinner is not included but tickets to the GCAA Dinner can be purchased separately. We encourage you to join the attendees for meals, as this affords you an excellent networking opportunity. Additional attendees must pay the single ticket conference registration price to attend the meal functions.  If you will have more than one representative staffing your booth and need to purchase additional single event tickets, please register them appropriately.

Space assignments for exhibits accepted by Keep Texas Beautiful are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority of space assignment will be based on the date and time the application and payment is received. If a number of applications are received at the same time, the company’s history as an exhibitor will be the next consideration for “ranking” the applications. In addition, conference sponsors receive preferred placement.

    Attendee List

Following the conference, KTB will provide a final attendee list with email contact information.

    Prize Drawings/Booth Handouts

As attendees visit your booth, you can collect business cards and valuable contacts by offering a prize or gift.  Please note that each exhibitor is responsible for the logistics of their drawing(s), as well as the winner announcement and prize distribution. You are also at will to hand out flyers, promotional materials, and snacks at your booth.

    Exhibitor Bingo

To encourage as many attendees as possible to visit our exhibitors’ booths and learn about your great products and services, conference attendees will have access to BINGO cards listing all exhibitor names. You may stamp or sign off that someone has visited your booth. Completed cards will be entered into a drawing to win a KTB gift bag.

    Exhibitor Benefits

One (1) complimentary conference registration that includes (1) ticket to each meal event (with exception of the GCAA banquet). Excellent visibility and the opportunity to network with conference attendees. Listing in online conference information website.
