Be among the first to see the center in action with a guided tour after the ribbon-cutting. This is your chance to learn firsthand about the positive impact the facility will have on the community.\nWhat This Means for Floresville:\n\n\nStarting November 8, residents and businesses can begin recycling clean, flattened cardboard at this center. The Center will be open Saturdays, 8 am to noon.\n\n\nRevenue from recycling will help the City reduce landfill waste, offset solid waste expenses, and enhance community well-being.\n\n\nLooking Ahead: On April 25, 2025, the center will expand to accept additional recyclables like PET #1 plastic bottles and aluminum cans.\n\n\n \nYour participation in this event will help support the City’s ongoing efforts to build a greener, more sustainable future for Floresville.
