DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nClean Up Bedford Day returns in 2023 on Saturday, April 15 from 9 a.m. to noon.\nThe Bedford Beautification Commission invites the community each year to attend “Clean Up Bedford Day,” where volunteers clean major streets, parks, parking lots, public areas, and City facilities within Bedford.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVolunteers of all ages are invited to participate. The Bedford Beautification Commission provides supplies such as litter pickers, trash and recycle bags, and gloves. Water and snacks will be provided, as well.\nOn the day of the event, volunteers will meet at the Bedford Public Library at 9 a.m. to pick up supplies and location assignments. Please see map below for starting location. Specific areas targeted for cleaning are major streets, parks, parking lots, City Hall, the Police and Fire Stations, as well as the post offices, Library, Old Bedford School, and other public areas.\nThere is NO age limit or residency requirement to volunteer.
