In the second half of the session, attendees will explore tools and ideas that surpass the fundamentals of the introductory session. Experienced coordinators will be available to provide insight into what it takes to maximize your resources and take your affiliate to higher ground.

In this workshop, we will help you develop an inventory of issues your organization may need to navigate and create an action plan with tactical next steps. We’ll discuss technology and social media, human resources, emergency plans (and communication plans to go with them), and insurance requirements related to running a successful nonprofit.
