Summer manages the Texas Waterway Cleanup Program for KTB, as well as the affiliate training program and affiliate services for south, central and portions of west Texas. Prior to joining KTB, she worked as firm administrator for Carls, McDonald & Dalrymple, an Austin-area law firm. Summer has several years of teaching experience as well, having served as an adjunct professor at Austin Community College, Texas State University and Northwest Vista College in San Antonio. She also has experience with the Women's Center for Education and Service at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Summer earned her bachelor's in speech communication studies from TAMU-CC and her master's in instructional communication studies from Texas State.
